6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Not stoked on your gear? We get it:

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery
• Condition: Unused, original packaging with tags
• Proof Required: Packing slip or order number

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Used grip tape
• Opened bushings/bearings packaging
• Fullface helmets (safety equipment)
• Opened books/mags
• Hats/beanies without tags

6.3 Return Process

4. Receive refund/exchange within 3-5 business days

International returns: Mark packages “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We can’t refund original customs fees.

• Issued to original payment method
• Original shipping costs non-refundable
• Return shipping is your responsibility (unless we messed up)
