What kind of products does Skate Pro Shop sell?
We’re your one-stop shop for premium skateboarding gear including decks (Arbor, Creature, Deathwish), trucks (Bear, Independent, Gullwing), wheels (Bones, Hawgs), safety gear (helmets), and all the accessories you need to shred. We also carry sick apparel and collectibles to rep your skate lifestyle.
Where is Skate Pro Shop located?
Our warehouse is based in Memphis, Tennessee at 4721 Gladwell Street, but we ship worldwide to skaters everywhere (except some remote areas in Asia).

Product Questions

Do you sell complete skateboard setups?
Absolutely! Our complete setups ship ready-to-ride straight out of the box. Just choose your preferred deck, trucks, wheels, and we’ll assemble everything with care.
How do I choose the right size trucks for my deck?
Truck width should match your deck width. As a general rule:
– 7.5″ deck: 5.0″ trucks
– 8.0″ deck: 5.25″ trucks
– 8.5″ deck: 5.75″ trucks

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We’ve got two rad options:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch
2. Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
Our warehouse crew processes all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your gear ships out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except some remote areas in Asia. International orders may be subject to local customs duties – we handle all the paperwork, you just pay any applicable fees to your local courier.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified/cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us immediately at [email protected]. After that, they enter our fast processing system and can’t be changed.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Not 100% stoked? We offer 15-day returns from delivery date. Items must be unused with original packaging. Email [email protected] to initiate a return – we’ll walk you through the simple process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The timing depends on your payment provider – PayPal is usually fastest.

How can I save on shipping?
Combine multiple items in one order to hit that $50 free shipping threshold! This often works out faster than placing separate orders with paid shipping.
When should I order to get my gear by a certain date?
For important dates (contests, trips, gifts), we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance and selecting standard shipping. International orders should allow 4 weeks.
